Maya, I don't know where to begin. You have helped me in more ways than I ever thought possible. 4 weeks ago, I entered this program unsure of who I am and what I wanted out of life. I was insecure, not confident, self-doubting, anxious and so many other things. Through all of our calls, you have reassured me and taught me methods to reassure myself. I actively work on switching my mindset daily and pushing out all those negative thoughts that try and push in. You also taught me to be patient with myself and that this change will take hard work, time and won't happen overnight, but you gave me such a good foundation to go off of. God put you in my life at a time where I needed someone who saw me and who would challenge and push me to dig deep into my soul and my emotions. This program has helped me in so many ways and I cannot begin to thank you enough. All the pressure and self-doubt that I had put on myself has eased and now I can focus on my healing journey with finding and loving myself. Thank you!

Working on this program with Maya has been very beneficial for me. I've done years of self-work and therapy, and my last therapist was not as helpful as Maya. The sessions we have uncover a lot of deep-rooted things for me. Having someone to offer a space to listen and help unpack aspects of yourself while providing tools to help change the trajectory of your life and the mindset around your self image and your past experiences is very valuable. Maya offers ways and tools in which you learn to heal yourself and grow. Self-Inquiry is so important and with the personal work and questions she assigns, she has you sit down and really ask yourself things. With the homework, you have to face some things and acknowledge where you are or are NOT doing the work. She's been a great listener, very honest and I also love to listen to her speak so fluidly from the heart with such knowledge on so many topics. The Diamond Academy has helped me reframe my mindset, on who I am, my value and who I want to be.

This process isn't even over yet and I feel like I've been doing sessions with Maya for a year now. She's literally made me feel like I'm talking to a friend over the phone. I love how she shares her stories so you don't feel like you are talking to someone who has never been through anything. We can go from talking about something so serious to laughing about something in the conversation. The conversations just flow! It's crazy how only a few calls have changed MY LIFESTYLE. Not just small changes. I really have changed SO much about myself! I finally made the changes we talked about, a lifestyle!! She's brought me closer to so many things that I was running from. Being in this program has helped me so much recently. I've really been in a space in which I am questioning how I feel about myself, my friendships, and my relationship and this program really has helped me gain clarity on what I want and how to go about achieving that. I was talking to one of my friends about how I feel like you really helped me re-navigate life and cut off some of my toxic tendencies. So, I decided to look back at my list of affirmations and one of them was, I will be promoted to Associate Account Manager, well that happened 2 months after I wrote that down. Another was that I will get at least a 5% raise, that also happened 2 months after I wrote that down. I truly cannot thank you enough for helping me retrain my brain to think positively.
