Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Here's how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once if needed, as long as it's done at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded or rescheduled. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your session without prior notice will result in the session being considered forfeited. Please respect our time as we respect yours. This policy helps ensure that we can offer high-quality, personalized coaching to all of our clients.
